About Me

Since I was a kid I found joy in learning new ways to create and work with my hands. When I entered high school I started designing and constructing costumes for Claremont High School as I way to express my creativity. At Claremont High, I was in charge of costuming for numerous productions, including Freaky Friday, Our Town, and Seussical Jr. My costuming experience in high school fueled my passion for the arts and I decided to pursue a BFA in Costume Design and Technology at Utah State University. As a student I worked on several shows for the theatre department, including costume designs for Christmas at Pemberley and Nine to Five. As well as working as a first hand, draper, and stitcher in the university costume shop. While at Utah State, my work was recognized at KCACTF Region 8 in both 2021 and 2022 for my realized costume designs on Miss Bennett: Christmas at Pemberley and my theoretical work on Red Velvet. I was also recognized as the Outstanding Senior in Technical Theatre by the Caine College of the Arts. After graduation I started working at Pioneer Theatre Company in Salt Lake City, UT as a cutter/draper where I worked on productions such as Shucked!, A Christmas Story, and Putting it Together. I recently relocated back home to Southern California. When Iā€™m not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, listening to true crime podcasts, hiking, and thrifting.
