James and the Giant Peach

For this theoretical production of James and the Giant Peach I wanted to show that the aunts were the true monsters of the play. In order to dehumanize and humanize the bug characters, Aunt Spiker and Sponge are large puppets. The bug designs are inspired by Mugler’s 1997 fashion show.
